Diagnostic Orientation

A contained, remote process to determine whether a problem can be diagnosed and whether further work makes sense.

This is not consulting.
This is not coaching.
This is not advice, fixing, or reassurance.

Phase 1 exists for one purpose only:
to determine clarity, ownership, and readiness.

Some people leave confirmed.
Some leave unsettled.
Some are not invited to continue.

That outcome is intentional.

What Phase 1 Includes

One written intake

One 75–90 minute diagnostic conversation

No recommendations

No solutions

No commitments beyond Phase 1

Phase 2, if appropriate, is discussed later.
